ISHPI provides Information Operations (IO) Support for efforts to improve the cognitive war-fighting capabilities of U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). This effort addresses USCENTCOM efforts to plan and conduct Information Operations within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). ISHPI is directly supporting continuing Information Operations (IO) efforts for Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Operation IRAQI FREDOM, and the Global War on Terrorism.

US Army Signal Center - 369th

This Firm Fixed (FFP) contract with the Headquarters, U.S. Army Signal Center provides Training Services (TNG) in the areas of Information and Cyber Dominance (ID) and Information Technology (IT) in support of the 369th Signal Battalion. ISHPI is developing and providing training for the delivery and integration of existing and new Information and Cyber Dominance products, systems, and capabilities; performing instruction, classroom preparation, and curriculum development.

US Army Singal Center - RNCOA

The NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) makes electronic procurement of Engineering; Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services.

The JIEDDO Management Support indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract provides consulting services related to Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat initiatives on request from SSC-Atlantic, Advanced Cyber Concepts Division in direct support of JIEDDO.

ISHPI is a winning teammate, partnered with UEC Electronics, LLC, of Charleston, SC, for the SPAWAR Atlantic (SSC-A) Information Warfare Technology Development, Demonstration and Application (IWTDDA) Support Services indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract (N65236-09-D-6818). This is a $20M multi-year contract supporting, but not limited to, PEO C4I, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the United States Marine Corps (USMARCORSYSCOM), Fleet Forces Command, Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM), Naval Information Operations Center Suitland (NIOC Suitland), and other end-users. ISHPI will be supporting IW exploitation and threat warning systems in the areas of concept and technology development and demonstration services as well as the technology application functions of manufacturing development, prototyping and life-cycle planning services.

DHS EAGLE

This Time and Materials (T&M) contract provides the Program Executive Office, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S), Program Manager, Aerial Common Sensors (PM ACS) with technical advisement, operational coordination, system engineering, information assurance, information warfare, and varied technical training services in support of the timely emplacement of Aerial Reconnaissance Support Team (ARST) nodes as directed by the government.

The USTRANSCOM A&AS contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide broad technical and analytical tools, to support and improve policy development, management and administration, and to improve the operation of systems. USTRANSCOM A&AS shall be used to complement the Governments technical expertise in accomplishing its mission.
