ISHPI wins $6.7 Million US Coast Guard Contract

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (March 1, 2013) – Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc., (DBA ISHPI) has won a $6.7 million dollar multi-year task to provide the United States Coast Guard (USCG) with subject matter expertise in the areas of Information Systems Security and Analysis, Certification & Accreditation, Risk Management, and Information Assurance training support to the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Technology (C4IT) Service Center.  ISHPI’s cyber security team has developed a comprehensive, enterprise-wide solution addressing the USCG’s current and future Information Assurance and Cyber Security requirements that will ensure the protection of all USCG systems, information, and networks.

CLAIRE MURCHISON PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

She has well over a decade of experience at the corporate, administrative, and management level.  Ms. Murchison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000 and a Master of Human Resources degree in 2004, both from the University of South Carolina. She oversees ISHPI’s Corporate Headquarters’ operations and personnel, in Mt. Pleasant, SC, while providing the corporation with Human Resource management and support.

ISHPI AWARDED $197M IN SPAWAR ATLANTIC PORTFOLIO PILLAR CONTRACTS

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (Dec. 14, 2012) – Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI), a leading provider of Information and Cyber Dominance and C5ISR Engineering and Technical Services to the US Armed Forces and Defenders of the Homeland, has been awarded two Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWAR) Small Business Set-Aside Multiple Award Portfolio Pillar Contracts totaling $197M over the next 5 years.  The competitive Integrated Cyber Operations (ICO) and Decision Superiority (DS) performance-based contracts are Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts with provisions for Fixed Price Incentive (FPI) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) orders with each having a total maximum value of $98,700,000.

ISHPI will provide services and solutions to SPAWAR’s ICO Portfolio to deliver the capabilities to Operate, Secure, Attack, and Defend the Network and Data in support of the Warfighter’s mission and DS Portfolio to provide full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable C5ISR, Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS), and Space capabilities.

NEW YORK, August 21, 2012 — Inc. magazine today ranked ISHPI NO. 1118 on its sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This marks ISHPI’s second consecutive year on the Inc. 500|5000 listing.  This is also the second consecutive year that ISHPI’s Chairman, CEO & President, Noah T. Methodology

The 2012 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2008 to 2011. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2008. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2011. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2008 is $100,000; the minimum for 2011 is $2 million.

(QinetiQ) on their successful award of a three year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee with firm-fixed-price provisions, multiple award contract for the procurement of integrated command and control engineering and technical support services for command centers with a ceiling value of $144,900,000.  ISHPI will be providing services and support including program management, technical engineering support, integrated logistics support, configuration and data management support, direct customer support, security engineering, and cybersecurity support.

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc., (DBA ISHPI) is a winning teammate of Alion Science and Technology Corp (Alion) on their successful award of a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Mission Support Service (MSS) Contract with a ceiling value of $871,500,000.00.  The five year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) supports DISA’s T&E Executive Office (TEO) and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).  ISHPI will be providing services and support for the operation, maintenance, and cybersecuirty of the test tools, labs, networks and infrastructure, and administrative support cells.

ISHPI awarded $4M in US Coast Guard Task Orders

USCG Awards ISHPI $11B DHS Department-Wide Multiple Award Contract

Under TABSS ISHPI, one of four successful Domain 1 Track 3 awardees out of 38, will be providing DHS and its components with technical, acquisition and business support services in the Program Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services.
