
Our Nation is becoming more information focused and today’s Joint and Army concepts dictate that our future Modular Forces move toward operations as part of a joint or multinational force operating on a battlefield, comprised of simultaneously regionally focused operations, in an increasingly complex electromagnetic environment. In order to provide the ability for our future Modular Force to dominate the full spectrum of the information battlespace and utilize the inherent sophisticated capabilities required, we must develop technology and execute technical military capabilities at an unparalleled rate. To secure our national interest and protect our information from the ever evolving enemy, our future Modular Forces must possess the utmost technical EW.
