ISHPI is providing System Engineering and Information Assurance services in support of Accenture for the development, delivery, and operations of an innovative Data Center and Managed Outsourcing initiative supporting a nationally vital, mission critical, Intelligence Community Agency.
ISHPI.SE provides the client with System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) services for essential mission critical systems that will be transformed to maximize the benefits of Data Center’s SOA, virtualized computing, and cutting-edge storage environments; systems will then be transitioned into the Data Center for managed outsourcing operations.
ISHPI.IA provides the client with Security Engineering for the Data Center Design and Certification and Accreditation (C&A), ensuring the systems and their capabilities are certified and accredited under DCID 6/3, and supporting DCIDS and FISMA Compliance for the agency. ISHPI.IA is also tracking the accreditation of systems and datacenters to ensure that they comply with the forthcoming DNI ICD 500 series, which will supersede DCID 6/3, and DNI ICD 700 series, which will supersede DCID 6/9.
ISHPI is providing overall Project Management in support of ArrayMAX for the installation of a total solution for VoIP system and voice/data cabling/wiring to support the provisioning of the new four (4)- floor DEA facility in McAllen, TX. The VoIP system shall support three hundred and twenty (320) VoIP work stations, the cabling infrastructure shall support six-hundred forty (640) Firebird (Intranet) stations, three-hundred twenty (320) high speed Internet stations, three-hundred twenty (320) analog stations, 23 COAX TV stations and 15 MERLIN (secure network) stations.

Our system engineers support the NGA Office of the Chief of Information Office (OCIO) and Engineering Operations (EO) by designing the future of NGA’s Enterprise Networks. Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) developed the enterprise strategy, governance, programs and roadmaps that will result in the NGA Application Service Provider (ASP)/Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) vision as it relates to the agencies ongoing adoption of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). ISHPI is providing Information Assurance and System Engineering services for a nationally essential mission critical Intelligence Community Agency directly supporting their Information Assurance oversight, policy development, procedure development, and system security support and engineering services as well as providing the Operations and Sustainment (O&S) of the specialized equipment supporting Passive and Active Defense. Key support areas: Program Management for IA Life Cycle Planning, IDS/IPS, ISSM/ISSE/ISSO, PKI and biometrics, IA Architecture and Engineering support, Vulnerability Assessments "Blue Team", and CIRT.
ISHPI is providing comprehensive strategic direction and business planning consulting services specific to establishing ReadyOne’s Secure Mail/Document Imaging Services business lines. Initial efforts include performing a feasibility study that will result in the development of a business case and both a federal government and commercial operating model necessary for the ReadyOne Industries’ Board of Directors to move forward. The results of this work will be used to establish the new business lines, align the organizations marketing efforts, capturing work, and diversifying its operations into the growing IT Services area. ReadyOne Industries is one of the largest employers of the severely disabled in the nation and a participant in the AbilityOne program.
In support of SPAWAR and HQ USMC, ISHPI as the Prime is providing experienced professionals in wireless technology, systems; process, security, information assurance, network engineering and GCCS Continuity Of Operations (COOP) that bring best practices from military service, DoD, Intelligence Community and federal agencies. ISHPI personnel are key contributors of the concept through requirements definition stage of the wireless component segment of the HQMC GCCS Continuity Of Operations (COOP) project. Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) have been significant contributors to the strategic studies and planning and the development, execution, and documentation of the HQMC COOP requirements leading to the new capability for wireless operations.
