Noah is founder, President and CEO of ISHPI Information Technologies, Inc. with over a decade of wartime service as a cryptologist providing afloat and shore Communications and System Engineering & Integration in the U.S. Navy for global operations supporting national defense. Mr. Leask has over five years experience starting, managing and growing businesses. As CEO, Mr. Leask’s responsibilities include day-to-day management of ISHPI and its vendor and client relations. Mr. Leask was formerly Executive Vice President and Director, Intelligence Enterprise Solutions (IES) for CommIT Enterprises, Inc. – an Enterprise Management company. He created IES and successfully grew this division to four programs with 12 professionals at three agencies generating $3 million in revenue annually while he continued to provide award-winning direct client engineering support to a large Department of Defense Intelligence Agency.
Mr. Leask is an American Indian from The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians in Cheboygan, Michigan, and a wartime Service-Disabled Veteran serving over a decade in the U.S. Navy. He is very active in the community serving on the Charleston Metro Area Special Olympics and Unified Athletics Committees and as a Special Olympics coach. He was awarded the 2007 South Carolina Parent of The Year by the South Carolina Recreation and Parks Association. He possesses a Bachelors of Science degree from Strayer University in Washington, D.C., graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Kim brings over 20 years of experience in the Financial Management and Information Technology field to ISHPI Information Technologies, Inc. Her extensive background includes various technical and management positions while serving in the Air Force and the Air National Guard. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), Enterprise Architecture and various Financial Management systems.
Ms. Catalano is a service-disabled veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Alumni of the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science.

Jeff is an Information Technology Management Professional with a diverse background in working with executives and delivering challenging technology solutions. With experience in both the defense industry and corporate America, he understands the challenges organizations face when making IT and business investment decisions. Years of experience with many different clients and organizations have provided him with an understanding of corporate business processes, IT enterprises, industry best practices, and solutions that work. His background spans two decades as an active practitioner in information systems, IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, intelligence community, marketing and communications, and business development.
He was previously Site Lead and Senior Systems Engineer with Chenega Technology Services Corporation (CTSC) where he served as the lead for Strategic Planning supporting a large Department of Defense Intelligence Agency. Mr. Doolin's background also includes Deputy Program Manager and Senior Systems Engineer for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), National Intelligence Systems Program Manager at USSTRATCOM, and Programming Manager for Busch Creative Service - an Anheuser-Busch Company. Mr. Doolin possesses a Master of Arts degree in Computer Resource & Information Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is also a University of Phoenix Online Faculty member teaching business and technology courses in the College of Information Systems and Technology since 2002.
